No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Important Note Regarding Patient Data. Advanced Medical Integration does not collect, receive, store, or process patient health information or protected health information (PHI) through our website. If you are a healthcare organization engaging our consulting services, any handling of PHI occurs exclusively through separate written agreements and secure, HIPAA-compliant channels — not through this website.
DATA RETENTION
We retain your Personal Information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with access to our website and related services. We also retain Information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
If you close your account or request deletion of your Personal Information, we will delete or anonymize your data within 45 days, except where retention is required by law or to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.
Other Information collected through your use of our website may be retained in anonymized or aggregated form indefinitely for analytics and service improvement purposes.

YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS — OTHER U.S. STATE RESIDENTS
Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws may have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of their Personal Information, and to opt out of certain processing activities.
